We stayed at a hotel for New Year's Eve and while the location was a bit far from downtown, it had some good aspects. First of all, the pool area was very clean and well taken care of which was perfect for hot summer days. the breakfast options were more varied than we expected and the quality was decent. Lastly, the staff was friendly and helpful, answering our questions as needed.
The room quality was subpar. The beds were uncomfortable and the air conditioning did not work well, making sleeping difficult.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Puerto Maldonado. The location was fantastic, close to the main square and surrounded by the beautiful gardens of the south Peruvian jungle. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. I was impressed with the attention to detail in the rooms, especially the newer AC units that kept me cool throughout my stay. The breakfast included in the rate offered a variety of options, including freshly baked bread.
Everything was perfect.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, and it even had a newer AC unit to keep us cool in the jungle heat. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel’s central location allowed us to easily explore the main square and enjoy the bustling atmosphere of the city.
No significant issues, everything was satisfactory.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this 3-star hotel. The pool area was clean and the pool was a good size, great for a refreshing dip in the hot South Peruvian jungle. The suite room that we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and lounge area. We also enjoyed the outstanding food in the hotel restaurant. The hotel is located in a safe area, within walking distance to the main street and the famous Mercado Modelo.
Can't fault anything about our stay at this hotel in Puerto Maldonado. The staff were helpful and accommodating and the driver who took us to the airport was very kind.

This hotel was just what we needed for our budget. The in-house restaurant exceeded our expectations and the location was close to the main square and The Jungle as well as having a unique feature. The room was comfortable and came with at least one great advantage from wood paneling to a noisey wall air conditioning unit. The breakfast was just what we needed to start our day of adventuring, and the staff provided very good service.
There was one aspect of the hotel that could use improvement.

We enjoyed our romantic escape in this hotel. The breakfast was a delight and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the city and going on tours. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.
The hot water in the shower was inconsistent and the bathroom lighting was a bit dim. However, we still enjoyed our overall stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay in the city.
